Roles include students, parents, educators, and organizers with different permissions.

If payments are enabled, organizers set pricing and related policies. Progressly acts as a platform facilitator and is not responsible for organizer-managed refunds unless explicitly stated by law or written policy.
7. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
- No unauthorized access attempts, scraping, or interference with platform security.
- No disruption, overload, or misuse of services.
8. Data & Content
You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant Progressly a limited license to host, process, and display data as needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

10. Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Progressly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss or event outcomes.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
